Production of wine at Kikuka Winery is centered around grapes from our own vineyards that we started to cultivate in 2018. Alongside, our production also includes Kikuka Grape Production Promotion Association’s grapes from Kikuka Town and Yamaga City. To implement delicate processes for various sorts, the stainless steel tanks for fermentation and juice extractors are furnished with compact equipment. From viticulture to bottling, we are committed to consistent winemaking while taking advantage of the region’s climate conditions.
